Tamil Nadu Board HSC 12th supplementary results likely to be announced this week: For updates check tnresults.nic.in

Tamil Nadu board is likely to release the HSC class 12th Supplementary Results 2017 this week, media reports said. There has been no official confirmation from the Tamil Nadu board about the dates of announcement of results, however, it is usually announced in the last week of July or the first week of August, The Indian Express reported.

Students are advised to visit the board's official website www.tnresults.nic.in to confirm exam related updates. Information about the upcoming exam results announcements are also available at results.nic.in.

The HSC class 12th exams were held in March by the Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu, with about 9.33 lakh student appearing for the exams this year, according to The Financial Express. The overall pass percentage was 92.1 percent, with the girls outperforming boys. Girls had registered a 94.5 percent pass percentage while boys scored 89.3 percent success rate, according to News 18

The results were declared on in 12 May 2017, however, re-examinations were conducted in June/ July 2017 for students who could not pass the exam. The Indian Express report stated that of the 6,732 schools in affiliated to the board in the state, 1,813 had a 100 percent pass rate.

Step 2: Enter your registration number in the space provided.

Step 3: Enter your date of birth in dd/mm/yy format and hit submit.

Step 4: Download the result and keep a printout for future references.
