The Home Minister said investigations were still on. PTI[/caption] When asked if there was enough evidence to indicate the attack was carried out by a terror group, the newly appointed Home Minister said,“We presently can’t say if it is a terror strike. Investigations are still on.” He said there was one injured person who had been admitted in hospital. “Our team of the NIA (National Investigation Agency) with the NSG (National Security Guard) has been sent to Pune. The matter is under investigation,” he said. Shinde said he had no plans to travel to the city. Multiple low intensity blasts had taken place in a busy area of the city last night injuring one person seriously. While unconfirmed reports said ammonium nitrate may have been used in the explosions, police have refused to comment on it. The sole person injured in the blast has been ruled out as a suspect by the police.
