New Delhi: The Supreme Court has set up a committee headed by one of its judges to monitor juvenile homes across the country. Official sources said Chief Justice of India P Sathasivam has written a letter to all the chief justices of the High Courts to nominate a judge in the panel which will be headed by apex court judge Justice Madan B Lokur.
