A brazen midday robbery has been reported from Defence Colony, a busy, upmarket area in the heart of New Delhi. According to reports just coming in, the armed assailants had shot a guard and then driven off with an armoured vehicle that was transporting Rs 5 crore in cash. No further details were immediately available, and the condition of the security guard is also not known.
