Relatives outraged as hospital tags Bihar earthquake injured with 'bhukamp' stickers on forehead

In a shocking incident in Bihar, Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) pasted stickers on the foreheads of injured persons in the earthquake for identification. The tag says “bhukamp”.
