New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Katra in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday to address the convocation at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University. He will also inaugurate the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital and a sports complex besides addressing a public meeting, a PMO statement said in new Delhi on Tuesday.
