A whimsical Mamta Banerjee, on Tuesday expressed her irritation at being the last speaker, owing to her state being placed last alphabetically . No sooner had this whim been expressed, the West Bengal cabinet declared its decision to change the state’s name to either Bangla or Banga (pronounced Bongo), raising the state’s position, alphabetically.
