New Delhi: The Congress today announced a list of 51 candidates for the forthcoming Assembly elections in Nagaland, as well as for by-elections in Bihar and Punjab. In the list of 51 names announced by the Congress for the Nagaland polls, former chief minister S I Jamir will be in the fray from Dimapur-II.
