When Anish, a resident of the locality, went to Sakinaka police station to file an FIR, he did not expect a surprise. After he filed his complaint, the officers saw his birth date in the FIR and decided to order a cake to celebrate the occasion. Since being posted, the little gesture has garnered collective applause from the Twitteratti.
