AFP[/caption] “India is leaving its footprint in the world… This is happening now… we will achieve our target…,” he said, adding that the Vedic culture again needs to be spread so that it is easily understood by the world. “There is need again to research the different aspects of Vedas… We need to move ahead in this direction…We need to popularise it… because it is a solution,” Bhagwat said. He said, the Vedas need to popularise in local languages so that “we can show the world that Vedas have all the solutions (sic) to the world”. On the occasion, the best Veda student, best teacher and best Veda school award was distributed. Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath also attended the event and said that his government has recently announced a fund for establishing a Vedic School in Kashi.
