MLA Engineer Rashid gets inked again in J&K

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir lawmaker Engineer Rashid,  was on Wednesday attacked again by unidentified assailants at Bhaderwah town in the state’s Kishtwar district. Rashid, an independent legislator from Langate. Engineer Rashid had stirred up a controversy earlier this year when he held a beef party inside the legislator’s hostel in Srinagar.  He was subsequently thrashed by BJP members inside the state assembly which was in session at the time. PTI[/caption] “Miscreants smashed the window panes of Engineer Rashid’s vehicle at Bhaderwah, they also threw black ink at the MLA and his PRO Inam ul Nabi…they suffered some minor injuries in the attack,” a senior police officer said.
