According to the SSP, on June 28 Sanaullah was admitted to Loknayak hospital in Delhi following complaint of heart ailment and was discharged on 1 July.
Despite having a relationship with the accused for four years, the victim appears to have become aware of her rights suddenly after the promulgation of the ordinance, the judge said
At heart of Tarun Tejpal judgment is issue of consent, which is central to rape law, this case, and how courts deal with it
This judicial trapeze of a reasoning on consent is by no means a pathological vice of the Goa court that ruled on the Tejpal case alone.
