Additional District and Sessions Judge Shyam Kumar also imposed a fine of Rs 55,000 on the accused Mantu after holding him guilty yesterday.
The victim died during pendency of the case but her statement was recorded in court.
The elderly woman was raped by Mantu at her house in Kandhla town of Shamli district on August 10, 2011.
The openers Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma had stitched a 167-run stand in the first innings but India lost five wickets in a hurry to lose the plot and were eventually forced to follow on.
