The National Investigative Agency (NIA) on Wednesday named key suspect Ram Chandra Kalsangra and three others in its chargesheet for the alleged planning and execution of the 2006 Malegaon blasts. ~However, it did not mention the names of Swami Aseemanand and former Lt Col Srikant Purohit, reported Zee News.~ The four people named are Manohar Narwaria, Ram Singh Kalsangra, Rajender Chaudhary and Dhan Singh. AFP[/caption] CNN-IBN reported that the chargesheet also says that key conspirators Sunil Joshi and Amit helped procure the cycles used in the blast. The chargesheet comes as a huge embarrassment for the Maharashtra ATS and CBI who had earlier filed a chargesheet against nine Muslims youths.
