The Madhya Pradesh Madarsa Board has directed all madarsas in the state to celebrate the Independence Day and send photographs of their celebrations.

Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh Madarsa Board has directed all madarsas in the state to celebrate the Independence Day and send photographs of their celebrations. Reuters.[/caption] According to a directive issued by Madhya Pradesh Madarsa Board chairman Professor Syed Imamuddin, madarsa administrators will hoist the tricolour, take out rallies or join other such rallies and organise cultural programmes. The madarsa authorities will also have to click photographs of their celebration of the Independence Day and send the same to the madarsa board office. Talking to IANS, Imamuddin said that there was neither anything new about the directive, nor it was being issued for the first time. “Every year madarsas hoist the national flag and their photographs are also called in by the board,” he added.
