The former Goa chief minister said the army had done justice in the case.

On Thursday, the army sentenced to life five soldiers, including two officers, for killing three Kashmiri civilians in Machil in Kupwara in 2010 after branding them terrorists.

Those sentenced were Colonel Dinesh Pathania, Captain Upendra Singh and soldiers Davender, Lakhmi and Arun Kumar.
