The mill had 70,000 tonnes of newsprint, which is highly inflammable, when the fire started. The loss could be to the tune of Rs 250 crore, a NDTV report said. The mill came into limelight recently for exporting newsprint to Pakistan via the Wagah border. Fire officials said it may take two to three days to put out the fire completely.
