Anant Ambani, son of Nita and Mukesh Ambani, became engaged to Radhika Merchant in January 2023, and the couple is currently getting ready to throw grand pre-wedding festivities.
The wedding demonstrates India’s growing soft power, its culture and the increasing global clout of Indians. The wedding guest list, which includes celebrities, tycoons, business moguls, and top business executives from around the globe, highlights the Ambani family’s influence and global reach. Prominent figures from the Indian entertainment, sports, and economic sectors will also be present at the wedding.
The Ambani family has special ties to the north Gujarat town of Jamnagar, where a number of global lumanaries are anticipated to attend the celebrations. CEOs of renowned financial entities such as Meta, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft, Disney, BlackRock, Adnoc, Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, and EL Rothschild head Lynn Forester de Rothschild are among those present, as is Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
Stars from Bollywood and other notable Indian individuals will also be present; they will be flown to Jamnagar, Gujarat, on specially scheduled chartered planes. From March 1 to March 3, there will be three days of pre-wedding activities.
