Two blasts rocked the crowded area of Dilsukhnagar in Hyderabad on Thursday evening killing 13 people and injuring 83, according to PTI. Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde on Friday visited the scene of the twin bomb blasts The explosions occurred near a bus stand and outside a cinema hall. Home Secretary RK Singh told reporters that an National Investigation Agency team was reaching the spot along with a post-blast investigating National Security Guard team.
