Hamid Karzai meets Manmohan Singh

New Delhi: Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh here Friday and discussed bilateral, regional and international issues of mutual concern, sources said. Karzai arrived in India on Thursday on a four-day visit.
