He was summoned in the special CBI court of Shivpal Singh hearing the fodder scam case relating to Deoghar Treasury pertaining to fraudulent withdrawal of money in the 1990s. Yadav’s advocate Prabhat Kumar said Prasad Thursday submitted to the special CBI court that he had moved the high court for the change of court for the hearing of the matter. So he should be given exemption from recording the evidences on Thursday. The court, however, fixed the hearing at 2 pm on the application of Prasad to adjourn the recording of the evidence of his witness in the case. The court rejected the application. The recording of evidences of the witnesses would continue on Friday.
