He said the child safety movement will kick off with a national symposium in New Delhi’s Rajendra Bhawan Auditorium by the newly floated Pradhyumn Foundation in memory of the murdered boy. It aims to sensitise on issues related to children and educate the people on the safety and security of children. Thakur’s counsel Sushil K Tekriwal said there was an urgent need to formulate a national policy on child safety.
