Police has formed special investigation teams and is offering a reward of Rs six lakh for information leading to arrest of the culprits. An official spokesperson said an order to close the educational institutions in the valley was issued by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Khan on Wednesday. The University of Kashmir also suspended classes for the day but examinations were conducted as per schedule.
