Delhi polls: 86-year-old votes despite no wheelchair to get her to booth

Because there’s no wheelchair in a booth. Devi, who is unable to hear anymore, told Firstpost the reason she still came to a booth to vote despite the inconvenience. “I don’t want my vote going to waste,” she said.
