New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today fixed 15 May for hearing a PIL seeking a court-monitored CBI probe into land deals entered into by Robert Vadra firms. A bench comprising Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice R S Endlaw fixed the case for hearing arguments on the maintainability of the plea on 15 May next after petitioner- lawyer ML Sharma sought adjournment saying he did not want Congress or BJP to take political mileage out of judicial proceedings.
