UP: Dalit woman who jumped off moving vehicle after being teased, dies.

Muzaffarnagar: A Dalit woman, who had jumped off a moving vehicle after being teased, died in Delhi’s Safdarjung hospital. AFP[/caption] On 14 May, three women were injured when they jumped off a moving vehicle after the driver allegedly misbehaved with them, police had said. Praveen, Sonia and Moni were offered a lift by the accused at Baghra village here. The driver started misbehaving with the women and refused to stop the vehicle despite repeated pleas by the victims, they said. Praveen died last evening while the other two victims - are undergoing treatment, her family members said. PTI
