Chhattisgarh home minister says rapes committed by deceit

This time it is the turn of Chhattisgarh Home Minister Ramsevak Paikra to shock everyone with his views on rape. “Balatkar jaisi ghatna ko koi janbujhkar nahi karta hai. Dhoke se sab karte hai (No one commits rape deliberately. PTI[/caption] Not losing out on a chance to attack his opponet, Chhattisgarh Congress president Bhupesh Baghel demanded an apology from Paikara over the objectionable remark. The DNA report said that Paikra quickly realised his mistake and later said, “Such incidents are condemnable and Chhattisgarh government is acting swiftly in such cases.” Recently, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Babulal Gaur surprised one and all saying rape is sometimes ok.
