The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release the notification for the National Eligibility cum and Entrance Test (NEET) 2018 for undergraduate courses this week, according to The Indian Express. Candidates can check the official website for updates, cbseneet.nic.in. The official CBSE NEET website is currently “under construction”. However, candidates can keep a check on it for the notification about the entrance exam. From this year, the CBSE will have a uniform question paper across all languages for students taking the NEET for admission in MBBS and BDS courses from 2018. The exam will be conducted in Hindi, English, Urdu, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali, Assamese, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada, reported The Indian Express. Aadhaar card has been made mandatory for the registration since 2017. This is, however, not applicable in Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and Meghalaya, while NRIs candidates are required to submit their passport number.
