Firstpost[/caption] It also gave approval to cooperation between two countries in combating transnational organised crime and trafficking in illicit drugs, narcotic and psychotropic substances and precursors chemicals. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) shall come into force from the date of exchange of the instruments of ratification. “It will help establish a framework for enhancing cooperation between the officials of intelligence and law-enforcement agencies of the two countries,” an official statement said.
