Bomb scare on Jet Airways flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad; all passengers safe

All the passengers were deplaned and extensive search of the passenger and their baggage, cargo and aircraft was carried out by the security agencies, airport sources said.

Bomb scare on Jet Airways flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad; all passengers safe

Ahmedabad: A Jet Airways flight carrying 125 passengers and six crew members from Mumbai to Ahmedabad was taken to the isolation bay immediately after landing in the city on Wednesday morning, due to a bomb scare.

All the passengers were deplaned and extensive search of the passenger and their baggage, cargo and aircraft was carried out by the security agencies, airport sources said.

A Jet Airways spokesperson said the search yielded nothing and the aircraft has been cleared for further journey.
