Courtesy: ibn live [/caption]Akku Yadav, a history-sheeter who was facing 28 criminal offences and had allegedly become nuisance for the people in Kasturba Nagar area, was lynched by an angry mob in the courtroom on 13 August, 2004. The incident took place when the police brought Yadav to the court in connection with a case against him. As many as 21 persons, including seven women, were accused in the case. Three of them died during the trial. On Monday sessions Judge VT Suryawanshi acquitted all the 18 accused ,including five women , for lack of evidence. PTI
