The Chappra administration on Tuesday lodged an FIR against 30 named people and 60 unknown people for torching four police vehicles during protests, CNN-IBN reported.
Protesters, including parents of the children who fell sick after consuming midday meals, took to the streets against the administration on Wednesday.
The Opposition RJD and BJP too protested the deaths of children, calling for a bandh in the district last Wednesday.
However, the police have not made any arrests in the midday meal tragedy case, with the main accused - the headmistress of the school Meena Devi - still absconding. Devi has been suspended by the administration and her property has now been attached.
The inquiry report by the Chhapra commissioner into the tragedy held the principal of the school responsible for the deaths of the students.
At least 20 children are still recuperating at hospitals in Patna, Bihar.
