The suit is to restrain Devas from proceeding with the arbitration at International Court of Arbitration in Paris. Devas has approached the ICC tribunal challenging the cancellation of agreement by Antrix with it on S band spectrum allocation. The Government after cancelling the Antrix-Devas deal for reasons of national security also debarred four ISRO scientists, including its former chairman G Madhavan Nair from holding any government posts for acts of commission in the deal. Nair and others have questioned the government decision. PTI
