Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad lost his cool again, only this time, a State Bank of India employee in Latur, Maharashtra was at the receiving end. According to India Today, Gaikwad lashed out at the bank for playing foul and protecting the interests of a few customers. A video that’s doing the rounds shows the bank manager trying to explain to Gaikwad why the ATM was not dispensing cash, but Gaikwad was not in a mood to listen.

Some of the customers, however, were happy with the Shiv Sena MP’s intervention which led to the functioning of the ATM machines. Gaikwad had gloated on 23 March to the media that he repeatedly assaulted Air India duty manager R Sukumar, 60, with his slipper over a row over the lack of business class seats on a Pune-Delhi flight. The incident led to Air India and all private airlines banning Gaikwad. The ban has since been lifted. With inputs from IANS
