[/caption] The complainant, an animal activist Naresh Kadyan, has said that the cap was in violation of the Wildlife Protection Act. Kadyan said he has also written to the prime minister, president, Ministry of Environment and Forests and the chief wildlife warden of Maharashtra. Modi had attended a function in Mumbai on Monday night in which he had also said former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi did not encourage secularism.
