New Delhi: A 58-year-old man was arrested for his alleged involvement in a burglary at the Aam Aadmi Party office at Rouse Avenue in central Delhi, the police said on Sunday. The incident took place on Friday when a vagabond, identified as Mohd Qazim, stole canopies bearing the party’s logo from the office. A case in this regard was registered on Sunday , they said. PTI[/caption] Scrap dealer Surtan (22) has been arrested for buying the canopies from Qazim. Two other scrap dealers, Saifuddin and Qayoom were also arrested for buying canopies. The stolen items were recovered from them, the police said. According to the police, the face of the accused was not visible in the CCTV footage shared by the complainant. However, on the basis of the physical appearance of the accused, five to six people were rounded up and Qazim was nabbed from Kamla Market, an officer privy to the probe said.
