AFP[/caption] The police said that the man was arrested as soon as he got down from the Dn Lalgola Express at Sealdah station. It is not yet ascertained if the man was linked to any terror outfit or if he was hatching any sabotage plot, according to the police. The police is interrogating him. PTI
