Shubman Gill reaffirmed his dominance at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium with yet another breathtaking knock, scoring a sublime century in the third ODI against England on Wednesday. The young Indian batter reached the milestone in just 95 balls, marking his seventh ODI hundred and further cementing his reputation as one of the most consistent batters in the format.

Gill was in fine touch from the start, seamlessly rotating the strike and dispatching loose deliveries to the boundary. Gill forged two hundred-run partnerships in the middle, one with Virat Kohli after the dismissal of Rohit Sharma and another with Shreyas Iyer. He moved into the 90s with ease but got slower as he inched closer to the milestone.
