The 2025 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is all set to kick off with a match between defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on 22 March. The latest season will see a mix of seasoned and new captains including the likes of Hardik Pandya, Shreyas Iyer, Sanju Samson, Pat Cummins, Shubman Gill, Axar Patel, and Rajat Patidar.
