India created magic in the Asia Cup 2025 final by defeating Pakistan in a thrilling match on Sunday, September 28. After Rinku Singh smashed the winning runs to finish the chase with two balls to spare, India coach Gautam Gambhir could not contain his excitement and was seen celebrating the victory with a lot of emotion.
The match was full of ups and downs. Pakistan batted first and scored 146 runs in 20 overs. Sahibzada Farhan was their top scorer with 57 off 38 balls, and Fakhar Zaman added 46 off 35. Indian bowlers made a brilliant comeback in the middle overs to restrict the Pakistanis from taking advantage of the start.
Kuldeep Yadav was the pick of the bowlers again as he took four wickets, three of which came in his final over. Jasprit Bumrah, Axar Patel, and Varun Chakravarthy also picked up two wickets each.
