The cricket fraternity is gearing up for the start of the coveted Asia Cup 2025. The biennial tournament is scheduled to commence on September 9 in the UAE. A total of eight teams will compete for the prestigious Asia Cup throne, which is currently held by India.

Afghanistan and Hong Kong will kick-start the proceedings as per the official schedule of the tournament. The much-anticipated India vs Pakistan encounter will take place on September 14.
