PM Modi in Ayodhya for Ram temple flag-hoisting event
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya for the grand flag-hoisting ceremony atop the newly completed Ram Temple today. This ceremony marks the completion of the temple’s architecture, and the Trust is already framing it historically. They view this final milestone as being the most important moment since the very first major event, the 2024 Pran Pratishtha.
A massive flag carrying the Sun symbol will be raised on the main spine which symbolises the temple’s completion from foundation to crown. The religious significance is immense, timed perfectly with Vivah Panchami, the holy day of Lord Ram and Sita’s marriage. Just like last year’s Pran Patishtha, PM Modi will lead the rituals with key saints and trust members in attendance.
