According to Daily Mail report, Harry and Meghan has distanced themselves from Netflix’s Polo. Insider claims that as couple faces withering reviews and as Duchess’s projects ‘keep flopping’, Harry and Meghan has taken this decision to stay away further harsh criticism.
After Netflix’s Harry & Meghan, nothing really seems to be working for the duo including their marriage. Nobody wants them in United States and even if UK is okay with Harry, nobody wants Meghan.
Netflix seems to be tired of Harry and Meghan’s flop series Polo. The Daily Mail report says, “Receiving two stars or less out of five across the board, reports claimed that Netflix is ’exhausted’ with Harry and Meghan.”
What went wrong with Netflix’s _Polo_?
According to Closer magazine, Harry and Meghan had very little control over the series. _I_t was mentioned in Closer magazine that the final product didn’t align with Harry and Meghan’s vision, stating, “The bosses wanted the series to appeal to the masses and push this reality TV angle.”
Firstpost had earlier reported that Harry and Meghan who are executive producers of the five-episode series about polo that is going to be shown on Netflix can spell disaster for the couple. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s latest series could be the ‘nail in the coffin’ for the couple’s £80 million Netflix deal, a brand expert has said.
Mr Ede told the Daily Mail: “This could potentially be a nail in the coffin for their deal with the streaming giant who now use algorithms to make sure their programming is perfect for their subscribers.”
Harry and Meghan don’t appear in the series until episode five, which was filmed in April at the Royal Salute Polo Challenge, staged in aid of Sentebale in Florida. The pair are shown sharing a kiss on the podium.
