Stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui won the 17th season of popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ on Sunday. The 32-year-old took home a cash prize of ₹ 50 lakh and a car. Here is all that you need to know on Munawar:
The 32-year-old, stand-up comedian was born in Junagadh, Gujarat. Coming from a very humble background, Munawar didn’t complete his schooling and as per Wikipedia, he studied only till fifth standard. Through the show the audience got to know that he has five-year-old son with his ex-wife whom he divorced in 2022 and he is now dating social media influencer Nazila Sitaishi. The very controversial participant of the show was accused by ex-partner Ayesha Khan for two-timing her and Sitaishi and being involved with multiple women.
But after captivating the audiences for months, the comedian-musician Munawar Faruqui emerged as a standout contestant and finally took the Bigg Boss trophy home. With a massive fan following of 10.8 million on Instagram alone, Munawar has garnered immense support.
