Who is Janhvi Kapoor's boyfriend and 'Sky Force' fame Veer Pahariya's brother Shikhar Pahariya, who was recently called a 'Dalit'?

Janhvi Kapoor’s boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya recently snapped back at a troll, who passed a casteist remark at him. The influential personality, who comes from a prominent political lineage, shared festive pictures with his pet dogs and girlfriend Janhvi Kapoor.

However, a troll shared a comment, which read,  “Lekin tu toh Dalit hai (But, you’re a Dalit)." Sharing an epic reply, Shikhar wrote, “It’s honestly pathetic that in 2025, there are still people like you with such a small, backward mindset"

Shikhar is the grandson of former Home Minister of India, Sushikumar Shine, and the son of actor Smruti Shinde. He has a brother Veer Pahariya who made his acting debut recently with Sky Force.

Also, after completing his studies at Regent University, Pahariya relocated to London to further his education. Sports always piqued Shikhar’s interest. For those who were unaware, Shikhar is polo player and skilled horseback rider focusing on his single career. In 2013, Shikhar Pahariya played for the Royal Jaipur Polo team, representing India.

The Diwali post of Shikhar was all about gratitude and righteousness. “Happy Diwali from us to you," he wrote. “May the arrival of Lord Ram bring a year of light and prosperity, may good reign over evil, and may we have the strength and wisdom to always pick the path of righteousness. Blessed are those who have the ability to help, uplift, and protect those who need it. May we recognize this blessing and live with gratitude," Pahariya shared.
