Singer Ed Sheeran is all over the internet off late, thanks to his visit to India and the concert where he sang a song in Punjabi along with Diljit Dosanjh. The video was shared by Dosanjh himself and fans can’t keep calm:

Who is Ed Sheeran?
According to the internet, his debut album was released in September 2011 and topped the UK Albums Chart. His full name is Edward Christopher Sheeran. Sheeran sang at a local church choir at the age of four, learned how to play the guitar at age eleven, and began writing songs while at Thomas Mills High School in Framlingham. His stint with recording music began all the way back in 2004 when he was only 13.
By 2012, he was a brand. Taylor Swift contacted Sheeran after hearing his music while touring Australia in March 2012.
Ed Sheeran opens up on his love for India
Sheeran’s name is shining bright in the music industry and deservingly so. The singer is currently in India for the last leg of his Asia tour.
As Ed Sheeran narrated what he admires about India and its people, he said, “I really feel the love here, in India. Sometimes you can play in places and people can be very subdued. Like, even if they are feeling the vibe inside them, you can never read how people feel. I have played in certain countries where people have a subdued reaction, but here, in India, it’s a vibrant country. People are so excited! I have the same personality, so I like that.”
During the same conversation, the global singer spoke about his favourite Indian film. Heaping praises on SS Rajamouli’s _RRR_ , Ed emphasised, “RRR. It’s mental. It’s an incredible film.” In another interview with Times Now, Ed also named the Indian singer he would like to collaborate with. Expressing his wish to work with King, popular for his song Maan Meri Jaan, Ed noted, “I have said this earlier, you know, I have been listening to a lot of King. So I thing King is great.”
