Bollywood diva Rakul Preet Singh and actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani tied the knot on Wednesday, February 21,  in Goa in the presence of close friends and family members. The couple had two ceremonies – an Anand Karaj and another one as per Sindhi traditions. Making use of the picturesque Goa, the couple’s beach wedding pictures have now taken the internet by storm.

Hours after their wedding, Rakul and Jackky shared their official wedding pictures, leaving fans in awe. They look stunning dressed in pastel shades. As soon as the photos came out, fans and celebrities congratulated them.

“Mine now and forever. 21-02-2024 #abdonobhagna-ni,” the caption of the post read.

While the wedding had a couple of BTown stars in attendance, many others congratulated the newlyweds on social media.

“Beautiful beautiful. Congratulations,” wrote Ayushmann Khurrana, while Farhan Akhtar also congratulated the couple.

Actress Dia Mirza wrote, “Congratulations. All our love and  blessings,” followed by Rakul’s De De Pyaar De co-star Ajay Devgn’s comment, “Congratulations.”

“Congratulationsss u guys. Lots of love to both of u,” Jawan star Nayanthara commented, while Kartik Aaryan, Mouni Roy, and Mrunal Thakur also added congratulatory messages.

After completing the Anand Karaj ceremony in the afternoon, the two got married as per Sindhu traditions. While Rakul chose a floral-print pink-peach lehenga, she completed the look with a matching chooda, sheer embellished blouse and diamond jewellery. Jackky was seen dressed in a cream-coloured sherwani.

The pre-wedding ceremonies kicked off a few days ago, with many BTown stars marking their attendance. The star-studded guest list included big names like Akshay Kumar, Shilpa Shetty, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Bhumi Pednekar, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Ananya Panday, among others.

On the work front

Rakul Preet Singh will next be seen in the Kamal Haasan-starrer Indian 2. A sequel to the 1996 film, Indian 2 also stars Bobby Simhaa and Priya Bhavani Shankar in prominent roles.

Jacky Bhagnani is gearing up for his next big film, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Prithviraj Sukumaran and will be released on Eid 2024.
