In a pleasant surprise, Aamir Khan and his former wife Reena Dutta was recently spotted together in Mumbai. The duo were all smiles when they posed for paparazzi on Wednesday evening. Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta, who were seemingly out for shopping, were spotted exiting a jewellery shop. They were later seen getting into the same car together. Aamir Khan donned a relaxing blue kurta and paired it with a pyjama. Reena, on the other hand, was seen wearing a purple kurta and white pant set. A paparazzo account shared a video of Aamir and Reena’s outing and wrote, “Aamir Khan and his ex-wife reunite, proving that sometimes, friendships outlast relationships.”

Fans were quick to flock to the comment section and drop lovely reactions. While many showered Aamir and Reena with heart emojis, one of them said, “Wow that’s amazing.” Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta tied the knot in 1986 and have two kids together - son Junaid Khan and daughter Ira Khan . The two parted ways after 16 years and the actor got married for the second time in 2005 to filmmaker Kiran Rao . Aamir and Kiran too got divorced after 15 years in 2021 and have a son, Azad Rao Khan. Last month, Aamir was spotted at a book launch event along with ex-wives Reema Dutta and Kiran Rao. The event, which marked the launch of director Mansoor Khan’s book - One: The Story of Ultimate Myth, was also attended by Aamir’s elder son Junaid. Aamir Khan - on work front Aamir Khan last appeared in Laal Singh Chaddha , alongside Kareena Kapoor. The film, however, failed to perform well at the box office. Currently, Aamir seems to be on a break from work and is yet to announce his upcoming project. Reports suggest that his next film will go on floors in January 2024 and release in December of the same year.
