Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was injured after an intruder attacked him with a knife at his residence in Mumbai, police said on Thursday. Khan was hospitalised following the incident which took place around midnight at the actor’s house in the Bandra area, they said.
“An unknown person entered actor Saif Ali Khan ’s residence and argued with his maid, late last night. When the actor tried to intervene and pacify the man, he attacked Saif Ali Khan and injured him. Police are investigating the matter,” said Mumbai Police
And Urvashi Rautela was asked about it in an interview but she first flaunted her diamond studded Rolex. She apologized later upon social media backlash.
Urvashi Rautela wrote- “Dear Saif Ali Khan sir, I hope this message finds you in strength. I am writing with a deep sense of regret and heartfelt apology. Until now, I was completely unaware of the intensity of the situation you are facing.”
She added, “I feel ashamed that I allowed myself to be consumed by the excitement surrounding Daaku Maharaaj and the gifts I was receiving, instead of pausing to acknowledge and understand what you are going through.”
Urvashi continued, “Please accept my sincerest apologies for being so ignorant and insensitive. Now that I know the gravity of your case, I am deeply moved and want to extend my unwavering support. Your grace, dignity, and resilience during such a challenging time are truly admirable, and I have nothing but immense respect for your strength.”
As per initial information, an unidentified person entered Khan’s house and both of them had a rescue. Some family members of the actor were present in the house at the time of the incident, an official said.
Khan was injured in knife attack by the intruder. He was taken to the Lilavati Hospital in Bandra and was reported to be out of danger, the official said.
