Thalaivar 170: Rajinikanth shares pic with 'mentor' Amitabh Bachchan, says, ‘My heart is thumping with joy'

After the humongous success of Jailer, the megastar of Kollywood, Rajinikanth is busy with Thalaivar 170, which is directed by T.J Gnanavel of Suriya’s Jai Bhim fame. The film also features Amitabh Bachchan in a key role.

While fans are more than excited to watch this legendary duo together on the silver screen, the Kabali star shared his pic with Big B from the sets and wrote, “After 33 years, I am working again with my mentor, the phenomenon, Shri Amitabh Bachchan in the upcoming Lyca’s “Thalaivar 170” directed by T.J Gnanavel. Big B and Thalaivar, last worked together in Mukul Anand’s Hum, which also featured Govinda, Shilpa Shirodkar, Kimi Katkar, Danny Denzongpa, Anupam Kher, Deepa Sahi and others in prominent roles.

Thalaivar 170 also stars Fahadh Faasil and Rana Daggubati in prominent roles.
